Veteran’s Day Schedule Friday, November 11th. Open gym at 5am, otherwise normal schedule of classes.
Warm up:
10 PVC passthrough
20 Shoulder tap in plank
4 DSC
Wall walk up w/ :10 hold
10 Wall shoulder circle
:20 Dead hang pullup bar
10 Bent over row empty bar
10 Strict press empty bar
3-5 C2B pullup
Warm-up strict press
WOD:
A) EMOM x 10 (5 sets)
Odd: 5-12 C2B pullup (Scale to COB or ring row)
Even: 10 Strict press (choose a load that is tough for 10 UB reps and may need to be broken into 2 sets)
B) Team Sled pull
In 10 minutes and teams of 3 rotate between
75′ Sled pull (choose a load that allows you to move fast!)
:30 Plank hold

:30 Iron cross
