A) Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
3 position clean (Floor, knee, mid-thigh)
Build over the course of 7 sets.

B) 12 minute AMRAP
In 3 person teams
P1 75′ sled pull (Load heavy)
P2 Max AB cals
P3 Rest
Rotate as a team after each sled pull.
Record # of sled pulls and # of cals for AB.

2:00 Straddle”
