Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
4 Inchworm lunge
10 Air squat
5 Bootstrapper
10 Good morning
7 Muscle clean
5 Clean w/ pause at knee cap + mid thigh
5 Burpee over bar

WOD:
A) 1-1-1-1 Clean w/ pause at knee cap
5 minutes building.

B) 1-1-1-1-1 Clean w/ no pause
9 minutes building.

C) For Time:
50 Hang Power Clean (135/95#)
At the start of every minute, including the first minute: 5 Lateral Burpee Over the Bar (Scale to 3)
*8 minute cap.
