B) Ladder as high as possible in 10 minutes:
1 Strict dip
10 DU (20 SU)
1 HSPU (wall walk up or seated DB press)

2 Dip
10 DU (20 SU)
2 HSPU

3 Dip
10 DU (20 SU)
3 HSPU
Continue to add 1 Dip,1 HSPU, keeping the DU’s the same until time is up.

Mobility:
1:30 Pec mash (each side)
1:00 Puppy dog
