Warm-up:
:40 Each movement x  2 Rounds
Air bike
Inchworm
Deep squat complex
Spiderman lunge
Superman

Air squat

WOD:
A) 3-3-3-3-3 Back Squat Building
14 minutes including warm-up.

B) Partner WOD:
In 10 minute, accumulate as many Air Bike Calories as possible.
For every break perform 15 Air Squat.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Samson stretch
