Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
10 OH PVC lunge
1 minute row
1 minute inchworm lunge
10 Floor slides
10 PVC halo
6 BTN Push press
6 Jerk w/ pause in dip
4 Yoga push-up

WOD:
A) 2 Rep Jerk
10 minutes to build to a heavy double w/ short pause (1-2 seconds) in dip position.

B) 3 Rounds, each for max rep of:
2 minute max meter Row
2 minute max rep Burpee

Mobility:
:40 Side Puppy
:40 Archer
