Warm up:
5 Inchworm
10 Bootstrapper
30 Jumping jax
8 Spiderman lunge
1 minute Row
5 Up down dog
10 Air squat
5 Burpee T2B/knee raise

For Time:

Working 3:00 on, 1:00 off, complete the following in any order and partition as needed:

1500m Row
75 Wallball (20/14#)
50 Burpee T2B (Scale to a burpee + knee raise)

Scale Wallball to 50 reps and Burpee T2B to 30 reps in order to complete in under 23 minutes.
