Warm-up:

10 Air squat
5 Bootstrapper
10 Starfish sit-up
10 Spiderman lunge
5 Deep squat complex
5 (Knee raise + T2B)
150m Run

WOD:
Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes (4 sets)
300m Run
30 Wallball (20/14#)
15 T2B (knee raise)

Home WOD/Zoom:
Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes (4 sets)
300m Run
30 Wallball or 15-20 DB thrusters depending on how heavy they are
15 T2B or V-ups

Mobility:
1:30 Couch stretch
