Warm-up:
5 Inchworm pushup
10 T-spine opener
5 Up down dog
10 Top down deadlift
6 Hang power clean
2 Wall walk up
5 Deep squat complex
4 Clean & Jerk
16 Mountain climbers
8 Air squat
6 Burpee

WOD:
A) EMOM x 10
Clean & Jerk
(Add weight every other minute)

B) For Time:
21-15-9
Hang power clean (use 60-65% of top load on part A)
HSPU (scale to pike pushup or DB strict press)
*10 minute cap.

Mobility:
1:30 Lizard
