A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
Clean pull + Hang Power clean + Front squat
Build over the course of 6 sets.

B) EMOM x 10 (5 sets)
5-10 Strict pullup
12 DB step-ups (20/18#, 50/35#)

Mobility:
1 minute lizard each side
2 minutes saddle or 1 minute half saddle
