Regular schedule: classes at 8am & 9am

A) Back Squat

15 minutes

B) Partner WOD!
For time:
100 Burpees to a plate (45#)
200 WB (20/14#)
300 DU (600 SU)
Whle one partner is chipping away at the movements, the other partner is rowing for calories.

Score is calculated by taking a second off of your time for every calorie rowed.

Mobility: 3 minute pigeon pose each side
