Regular classes at 8:00 & 9:00 AM WOD:

4-5 Intervals against a 3-minute running clock of:

10 Front rack reverse lunge (choose a load that is challenging for 10 UB reps),

10 Burpee pull-up,

Max rep calories on Assault Bike or Erg, Rest 2 minutes

Mobility: 2 min lizard each side 2 minutes pigeon each side
