6 DB Step up
6 DB Reverse lunge

WOD
A) Front Squat
2-2-2-2-2
* 12 Minute to build to a heavy set of 2

B) EMOM x 10 (5 sets)
Max rep DB step-up (Rx-50/35# @24/20″, Scale as needed)
Max rep DB reverse lunge (Rx-50/35#, scale as needed)
