A) Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes (4 sets)
7 push press
As heavy as possible across all 4 sets.

B) 4 rounds for max reps of:
1 min. max calorie Row/Assault bike
:15 transition
1 min. max rep KB Swing (70/53)
:15 transition
1 min. max burpees
1 min. rest
Keep a running tally of reps, score is total reps performed for all 4 rounds.
