A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
3 Pause Front Squats @ 75%
2-3 second pause

B) “Karen”
For time:
150 Wallball shots (20/14)
Scale to 100 wallball
13 minute cap

Mobility:
1:30 quad mash each leg with barbell
2 min seated straddle
