Minute 1: 3 HPC + 2 FS + 1 SCL (Use ~70% of 1RM PC or slightly heavier than 112718)
Minute 2: 6-12 T2B (Knee raise)
Minute 3: 6-12 Burpees

Mobility:
1 minute archer
1 minute twisted cross
1 minute forward fold
