*We will be using this # over the next several weeks to determine percentages.

B) 12 minute AMRAP of:
5 Strict Pullup
5 Strict HSPU
10 DB Bent over row (each arm)

Mobility:
1:00 Up dog/down dog
1:00 Puppy dog
1:00 Foam roll lats (each side)
