20 Mountain climber
10 Hollow Rock
2 Rounds of:
:30 Air bike
:30 BB reverse lunge
:30 V-up
then
10 Shoulder circle
5 T2B/knee raise
WOD:
EMOM x 24 minutes (8 sets)
Minute 1: 6-15 Air bike calorie (~:45 of work)
Minute 2: 8-12 Front rack lunge (Choose a load that allows you to go unbroken)
Minute 3: 6-12 *T2B/knee raise
*We’ll have lots of pull-ups on Wednesday. If you plan on training Wednesday and your hands tend to tear easy, sub out V-up/tuck-up for T2B.
