Partner WOD!
20 minute AMRAP:
40 Alternating DB Snatch (partner holds hollow hold)
80 DU (Partner holds R side plank)
20 AB Calories (partner holds forearm plank)
30 Burpee to a plate (partner holds L side plank)

*Divide up work for each movement as needed. Reps can only be done if partner is holding a plank/hollow hold. Once plank stops then work must stop.
