Happy Birthday Matt Davis & Jackie Anderson!

A) Spend 5 minutes building to 80-85% of last weeks Squat clean + Front squat + Jerk complex.
Then
Perform 1 set of the complex every :90 for 10:30 (7 sets)

B) EMOM x 10 (5 sets)
Odd: 10-20 Hand release pushups
Even: 12 DB Bulgarian split squats (12-18″)

Mobility:
1 minute 1/2 seated frog each side
2 forward fold
