Every 5 minute for 20 minutes (4 sets):
1.1.1. Snatch (135/95, 105/75, 85/55, 65/35 or ~70-75%)
Max set of T2B/knee raise
7 Deadlift (275/195, 225/155, 185/125, 135/95, 95/65 or ~75-80%)
Aside from 10 second break between snatch, this is not for time. Rest between each movement.
Record load for Snatch and Deadlift and max reps for each set of T2B.
