Deadlift (225/155)
Box Jumps
Hang Power Clean (155/105)
Abmat Sit-ups
Thruster (105/75)
Scale load on lifts to ~55-60% of 1RM.

One person working at a time. Partner 1 completes 21 DL then Partner 2 completes 21 DL before moving on to Box Jumps.
