5 rounds each for max reps:

Minute 1: P1 performs 5 Front Squat followed by AMREP of lateral burpees over bar

while P2 performs AMREP of calories on erg.

Minute 2: Rest

Minute 3: P1 and P2 switch.

Minute 4: Rest

*Score is total burpees and calories on erg.

**Front squat load suggestions (155/105, 115/80, 85/55, 65/35).
