Reminder: Stretch will be moved to Thursday  this week, Wednesday classes will resume next week! Come get bendy!

A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
3 Position Clean
High hang, mid-thigh, knee
@ 65-75%

B) 4 Rounds (each for time):
20/15/10 Pullup
15/10 HSPU
10/7 Burpee to a 45# plate
Rest :90
Each round should take 3 minutes or less. Scale as needed to keep each round under 3.

Mobility:
2 minute dbl lax ball to t-spine
1 minute lax ball to scap”
