Warm-up:
:30 each movement x 2 Rounds
Inchworm push-up
Deep squat complex
Rope get-up
Up down dog
Spiderman lunge
Burpee

WOD:
Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes (5 sets)
1 No Jump Rope Climb
7 Bench Press (Unbroken)
1 No Jump Rope Climb
150m Farmers Carry (Choose a load that allows you to complete in no more than 1 drop)

Mobility:
:45 Twisted cross
:45 Thread the needle
