Happy New Years Eve!!

  • Regular Schedule, Classes at 8 AM & 9 AM
  • Sunday: No Open Gym
  • Monday: 9 AM Class Only

A) Front Squat
10 minutes to build to a heavy double

C) For time:
21-15-9 Thrusters (95/65#, no more than 50% of 1RM)
9-7-5 MU or 12-9-7 Pullup & Dip

Mobility:
2 min lizard each side
2 minutes foam roll quads each leg
