Holiday Schedule:
NYE, Dec. 31: Classes at 6am, 7am and 9am only
NYD, Jan. 1: Classes at 10am only. (We will add an 11am class if needed)

Warm-up:

20 Skater jump (Catch balance before jumping to other side)
10 Reverse lunge w/ twist each side
5 Tuck-up + 3 second hold at top of tuck
10 Up down
20 Mountain climber
5 Burpee

18 minute AMRAP:
40 Knee to elbow in plank
Run 150m
36 Russian twist (bodyweight)
Run 150m x 2
1 minute plank
Run 150m x 3
32 Alternating toe taps in plank
Run 150m x 4

Mobility:
1:30 Fragon
