WOD:
Partner WOD!
As a team complete the following for time:
500 Single unders
2500m Row
150rx/100scaled V-up (tuck up)
100/80 DB Goblet squat (35/25#)
80/60 Knee to elbow (knee raise)
400m Run together
*30 minute cap. 1 person working at a time, except for the run.

Mobility:
4 minute Foam roll
