200 DU (P2 holds barbell in front rack while P1 performs DU)

150 Lateral Burpee over Barbell (P2 holds forearm plank while P1 performs burpees)

100 Hang power clean (155/105 or ~60-65%, P2 hangs from the PU bar while P1 performs hang cleans)
