:60 Double Unders (Practice or Singles)/:60 Handstand Hold (headstand hold) /:60 Pistols (Single leg squat on a plate)

5 minute AMRAP of: Power Clean to Overhead (Push Press or Push Jerk). Use 65-70% of 1RM.
