Spend 8 minutes working up to a heavy Power Clean

Conditioning: (Use 70-75% of heavy PC load)

With a one minute running clock:
1st Minute: 2 Power Cleans, 1 Burpee
2nd Minute: 2 Power Clean, 2 Burpees
3rd Minute: 2 Power Clean, 3 Burpees….”
