Reminder: Saturday, November 8th we will be celebrating Celebrating Veteran’s Day by working out with Team RWB! There will not be a FitCamp class at 10am. Instead EVERYONE (CF, FitCamp, friends, family), are invited to work out alongside our local veterans.

Then 4 rounds for time of:

7 Hang Power Clean (145/100 or ~65% of 1RM)
