Skill: 2 Position Clean. Every minute for 10 minutes work 2 positions of weakness.
Examples:

High Hang Power Clean + Mid Hang Power Clean
or
Mid Hang Squat Clean + Full Squat Clean

Conditioning:
8 Minute AMRAP:
6 Weighted Lunge
12 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
