Heather is a mom of 3 boys, military spouse, yoga instructor, and massage therapist. She came to yoga through studying Kempo, a medium fight style Chinese martial art. She found that yoga brought a balance to the rigor of fight training. Throughout many military moves, martial arts gave way to CrossFit. She has been a CrossFitting yogi for almost a decade. Heather combines her knowledge of yoga, dynamic stretching, functional mobility training, martial arts, and massage techniques to create a class that uniquely supports the CrossFit athlete. She caters the class to each person’s individual needs; customizing stretches and sequences for tight or sore muscles and incorporates movements that will help the athlete reach their PR goals. This class is for any level of CrossFit athlete and for anyone who wants to seek balance in their training.
