Nicole’s passion for health and fitness started with an associates in athletic training and bachelors in psychology. She then later became a licensed physical therapist with experience in orthopedics and skilled nursing rehabilitation and was a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2004 .  She has a passion for life long fitness and grew up competing in down hill skiing, tennis and ballet.  As an adult she experienced sprint, olympic and half-iron man triathlons as well as local CrossFit competitions. 

Nicole has been with a member of the CrossFit community since 2009 and received her level one coaching in Dec 2012. Since then she likes showing new members the ropes and helping them with their mobility and form.  Her motto “It’s easy to be hard, it’s hard to be smart”.  Her goal is to keep you healthy and enjoy what you are doing.  CrossFit makes things easier wether it is mental challenges you face day-to-day or weekend events to support your local fitness fundraisers.
