6 Barbbell/Dumbbell Russian Step-ups (Each Leg)
2 Turkish Get-Ups (Each Arm)
Alternate RSU & TGU for 3 sets working up to max load in each. 2 Minutes each movement.
5 Rounds of:
10 Deadlift (Use 55-60% of 1RM)
200 Meter Run
15 minute time cap.
