With a 2 Minute Running Clock for each movement (including rest), complete the following:
  • MAX L-sit or Tuck Sit hold
  • MAX Rep Strict Press (Use your 10Rm weight from last week)
  • MAX Toe-2-Bar or Plank Hold
  • MAX Hand Stand Push-up or Push-up
