30 Minute AMRAP
Women compete against men to see who can rack up the most points for their team. Each movement is worth 1 point.

Individuals can challenge a member from an opposing team by going head to head on any movement. The winner of the challenge scores two points, while the loser scores 1.

8 Handstand Push-ups (12 Strict Press)
8 Burpee’s to a target (6″” above reach)

100 meter OH Plate carry (45/25)
12 Kettlebell High Pull (53/35)
12 Wall Ball (20/14)
