Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes perform (4 Rounds):

WOD: 10 Deadlifts (Use ~50-55% of 1RM)
Max Unbroken Dips. (Minimum of 10, scale up w/ Muscle-ups)

Record weight used on DL’s and total # of dip for each round.

Core: Accumulate a total of 4 minutes in the L-Sit (Scale to tuck or hollow hold)
