Conditioning: Ladder 10 down to 1 of Dumbell Push Press 2 Bear Crawls in between each set of Push Press

i.e., 10 Dumbell Push Press, 2 Bear Crawls

9 Dumbell Push Press, 2 Bear Crawls

8 Dumbell Push Press, 2 Bear Crawls…
