Training with Melissa has been one of the best parts of my life over the past seven years. She has helped me to get strong and remain in excellent condition, even as my 50th birthday rolled around. I have never felt better physically, and I have fun. All day I look forward to doing the WOD after work, gearing myself up and anticipating that evening’s time with other athletes who love CrossFit as much as I do. Walking into the gym, I find friends who cheer each other on, support each other during challenging WODs, and inspire me to always reach for a new goal – whether it’s faster double-unders, more pull-ups, or mastering a new skill.
