Strength:

10 minutes to work up to a heavy Push or Split Jerk

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

  • Against a 3 minute running clock perform the following:
  • 10 Push Press (Use 55-60% of max for Jerk)
  • 200 Run
  • Max KB Swings

Record the load used for Push Press and the number of KB Swings performed.

Day 22 Plank: 180 Seconds
