5 Rounds of:
5 Back Squat
Max Ring Dips (Minimum of 6 each set).

5 minutes to complete Squat and Dips.

Compare to “061814 Rump Day.”

On 6/18/14, the extra work for the day was to accumulate a total of 4 minutes in the plank hold. At the time, no one was able to complete an unbroken 4 min plank. Let’s see how many are able to hold a 4.5 minute + now that we are at the end of the Plank Challenge!
