Haven’t learned to rope climb yet? Sub ring rows for this WOD, and come to Sunday’s mini-clinic that will focus on the Rope Climb!

10 minute AMRAP of:
1 Rope Climb (10 Ring Rows or 5 strict pull-up)
200m Run


Double Unders (2-for-1 Single Unders)
Abmat Sit-ups
