In Teams of 3 complete the following for time (only 2 people can be working at a time, movements can be completed in any order, but teams must finish one before moving on to the next):
100 Push Press (115/80 or ~65% of 1RM)
150 Weighted DB Step-up (35/25)
200m Partner Carry (Each partner must be carried 200m, sub heavy OH walk)
30 Bear Crawls (75′
600m Team KB Farmers Carry (70/53) Every time teammates switch the whole team has to do 5 burpees. Burpees are done when whole team gets back to gym.
