Strength: 15 minutes including warm-up sets. Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: 3 minutes for a max of 3 Attempts at Max Unbroken Double or Single Unders.

Immediately following your 3rd attempt, head out for a max effort 1 Mile Run (Scale to 800m).

Record all 5 sets of Back Squat, all 3 attempts on Double/Single Unders and time for 1mile run.
