Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds in teams of 2 to 3 perform:
5 Deadlifts
Set 1: 75-80%,
Set 2: 80-85%,
Set 3: 85-90%,
Set 4: 90-95%,
Set 5: 95-100%
3 Sled Pull Intervals 75′ (90/75, scale as needed).
Rotate Sled Pulls with your partner or team.
Day 17 Plank: 120 Seconds

Thank you all so much for coming together and getting our four new Rogue toys!!! Catharine and I are overwhelmed by the generosity and support from you all.
Seeing the sleds get pulled around the corner on Friday, reminded us why CrossFit is so life changing. Each person that does CF wants to get better and often that is displayed by coming together as a community to help others get better.
Thank you for taking the concept of fitness, community, nutrition and fun and making it real.
Let’s keep pushing (and sled pulling) each other to be just a little better than we were the day before!
