REMINDER: There is no 6:45pm class on Fridays!!

Strength:
2 Back Squats every other minute x 7 (14 minutes)

Conditioning:
12 minute AMRAP


In Teams of 3: Partner #1 performs a 75′ Sled Pull (100/70), while Partner #2 performs a dead hang from pull-up bar, and Partner #3 holds 2 kettlebells (53/35) at chest height.


Once Partner #1 has completed their sled pull, the rest of the team rotates through…#1 goes to dead hang, #2 goes to KB hold, #3 goes to sled pull.


Score is the total number of sled pulls performed as a team.
