The goal we strive to instill in each of our members is to become a little better, faster, and stronger than you were the day before.

Come meet us for a Trial Class. Try out a class and see what it’s like. Our Trial Classes are on Thursdays as it is mostly bodyweight movements, so no prior CrossFit experience is required.

Elements is 3 personal training sessions scheduled with a trainer. This is a required “mini-Course” to attend before starting the CrossFit classes as to set the proper foundation for technique, form, and safety.
