Warm-up:
75′ Trinity
200m Run
4 Inchworm lunge
16 Fire hydrant
5 Glute bridge walk-out
10 Hollow rock
10 Air squat
4 BBJO

WOD:
A) Back Squat 5-3-2-5-3-2
*15 minutes, including warm-up. Build heavier than last week.

B) Against a 9 minute running clock:
800m Run
Max burpee box jump overs in remainder of time. (24/20″)
*Record time for run and BBJO reps.

Mobility:
1:00 Pigeon
1:00 Frog
